Thank you for helping me when I was plagued with stigma and needed to learn. You all taught me about what it means to care for the entire human experience. I am grateful for the opportunity to be able to serve patients as a cannabis nurse. I am grateful for the grass roots community who taught me more in the field of human caring than anything that I could have ever learned in a nursing school, a textbook, a webinar, an event or classroom. I am grateful that I have the opportunity to help more people as a nurse than I ever had educating on the most misunderstood plant in the world. I have done more for humanity as a cannabis nurse in the past seven years than I have as a nurse for 33 years. I am only alive because I allowed the cannabis plant to help me heal and now I am on a mission to share the love cannabis has bestowed upon me to others so they too can reach new levels of wellness.
