This week, in honour of Easter coming up, we're sharing Cookery founder, Alison's go-to Brown Sugar–Mustard Glazed Ham. This recipe, from Epicurious, uses 4 simple ingredients in the glaze and the results, easy to achieve in any of the Anchor Hocking, Staub, Sophie Conran, All Clad or Le Creuset Roasters, are incredible! Alison’s Go-To Easter Ham

Ingredients 

1 4.5kg (10-lb.) smoked bone-in ham with rind, preferably shank end 

1 cup unsweetened apple juice or apple cider 

½ cup whole grain Dijon mustard 

⅔ cup (packed) light brown sugar 

¼ cup honey
