  • It's hard to put into words just HOW excited Team RSG is about the new Bridget Jones movie (v. v excited, in fact). To celebrate the return of everyone's favourite singleton (Smug Marrieds, beware), we've put together a fabulous collection of unique homeware we're pretty sure Bridget would approve of. From candles to cushions, they make the perfect finishing touches to your home this spring. Style like no-one's watching, and remember - as the lady herself might say, 'Never settle for second best.' #rockettstgeorge #madabouttheboy #bridgetjones #welovebigpants

  • We are LOVING our recent press coverage! 🗞️ From using 'Traitors' burgundy in our lighting designs to styling our homes with fun, quirky accessories that are just perfect for spring, the product and design team here at RSG have surpassed themselves already this season 🤩 From the very beginning of our journey, we've made the maxim 'Your Home, Your Rules' our mantra to live by. Both of these products embody the spirit of this perfectly, adding confident pops of personality to your home in a way only we can 💥 💋 Huge thanks to interiors editor @KatrinaBoroughs and The Times for these fabulous shout-outs - we're absolutely thrilled! ✨️ #rockettstgeorge #quirkyhomeware #traitorsburgundy #welovepress

  • Curious to know a little more about RSG co-founder, Lucy St George? The uber-creative and all-round lovely lady shares the secrets of her success here...read on 10 things you (probably) didn't know about the other half of Rockett St George 🤩 1. How did you find yourself in the world of interiors? Being shopaholic treasure hunters, Jane [Rockett, Lucy's business partner] and I were always sourcing items for friends and selling them online. We'd make one person very happy but disappoint three more when the item sold. We quickly realised that friends and customers had an appetite for unique quirky items that are not found on the high street - and so Rockett St George was born. 2. What inspires you when you're designing product ranges? Inspiration is everywhere. For example, a vintage piece can be reimagined into a product that evokes emotion with a hint of nostalgia - our foxed glass statement mirrors are a great example of this. We want to create products that are designed well and made from quality materials, but also make you feel something. It might be a tingle of nostalgia, or simply make you smile. We like our products to be playful and cheeky. 3. How would you describe your own home? Sociable, durable and maximalist! 4. What's your favourite room? I love my office. I've decorated with block colours on the walls and then added brighter accessories and textures, and used lighting and artwork to bring it to life and express my individuality. 5. When are you happiest? When I'm surrounded by family and friends. 6. What are your guilty pleasures? TikTok, Instagram, chocolate, wine, binge-watching TV shows, loud music, dinner in bed (I do this a lot, so it's clearly a not-so-guilty pleasure!) 7. What do you admire most about your business partner Jane's home? Her garden. I live in north London, where gardens are tiny by comparison, so to have the space that Jane has in Sussex is fab. I could sit there all day with the sun on my face! Jane has the most amazing connection with nature and the seasons. 8. Which Rockett St George product do you love most, and why? I can't choose just one! Our Gold Palm Leaf Tree Floor Lamp was an RSG icon. And the Pink Swan Display Bowl is a genuine beauty - she adds personality to any space! 9. What top decorating tips do you give family and friends? Lighting is key, as it creates a warm and cosy feel. Good storage is a must. It hides the pieces that you don't want on show. Finally, go dark. Once you try it, you'll want to paint every room a darker hue. 10. What can we expect from RSG in 2025? In 2025, we’re diving headfirst into exciting new designs for our own-brand range, with a strong focus on accessories, lighting, and textiles. For our ongoing collaboration with NEXT, we’re thrilled to be expanding our range of pyjamas, slippers, robes, loungewear. It's going to be a big year! #rockettstgeorge #next #interiorsinspo #lucystgeorge #homedecor2025

  • Here at Rockett St George, we believe the world is a better place when we’re open, non-judgmental and inclusive 🏳️🌈. It’s a fundamental belief that has informed our core values from the start, and we feel incredibly lucky to live in a society that supports diversity and freedom of choice. February is LGBT+ History Month, which highlights and celebrates the incredible milestones the LGBT+ community 🌈 has achieved in all areas of society. The theme for this year’s LGBT+ History Month is Activism And Social Change. This is an area in which LGBT+ campaigns have been particularly effective at advancing society for everyone. A combination of approaches, including protests, rallies and boycotts, have brought about significant change. However, a softer approach works, too. Collaboration and education play a major part in bringing literature, poetry, theatre and film into the mix in a way that surprises, delights, educates and entertains in turn. Each year, the movement chooses five LGBT+ historical figures to celebrate. This year, in line with 2025’s theme, those people have come from backgrounds that have undergone incredible change, including women’s rights, housing and environmental issues, nuclear disarmament and preserving heritage, to name a few. They are: 🌈Octavia Hill, a passionate supporter of the environment and who worked tirelessly to improve urban housing. She was one of the founders of the National Trust. 🌈Ivor Cummings, who played an important role in welcoming and integrating Windrush arrivals, and supported gay rights. 🌈Annie Kenney, who played an integral part in ensuring women were granted the right to vote. 🌈Charlie Kiss, who became the first trans man to run for Parliament, and fought tirelessly for better support and NHS funding for trans people. 🌈Olaudah Equiano, an African writer who was deeply involved in the movement to abolish slavery. It’s hard to imagine what life would have been like for activists like these, daring to put their heads above the parapet and call out racism, prejudice and bigotry where they saw it. We’ve come so far, yet the struggle goes on and is real. We’re proud to support LGBT+ History Month 2025, and of the diverse, equitable and inclusive culture that continues to thrive at Rockett St George. #rockettstgeorge #lgbt+historymonth #dei

  • Here at Rockett St George, we like to do a little something called The Outlet every now and then. The Outlet is where a treasure trove 💎 of nearly-perfect homeware items is beautifully curated in readiness for a select group of customers who visit RSG HQ to browse in person, and snap up a fabulous bargain. Last Friday, we hosted our first Outlet of 2025! Team RSG, led by the fearless Tina B (she's the one with the fabulous red lip 💋 and black glasses), went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience, by the end of which barely a single item remained on the shelves. A HUGE thanks to all our loyal customers 💖, who we hope thoroughly enjoyed the day and arrived home buzzing after the experience. And, of course, a massive thank you to the team here, without whom the Outlet simply couldn't happen 🙏. Hang onto your hats, because plans are afoot for expanding the Outlet further throughout 2025. It's getting bigger and better, and we can't wait...and all YOU have to do is watch this space! 🤩

  • As we welcome in the Chinese New Year, we embrace, too, the Year Of The Snake. The Snake represents rebirth and transformation, as it sheds its skin in order to thrive and grow. The Lunar New Year (as the Chinese New Year is also known) is traditionally celebrated by families coming together over a special meal to welcome in a prosperous and lucky 12 months for themselves and their loved ones. Those born in the Year Of The Snake are seen to be especially blessed ('Snake' years are 1929, 1941, 1953, 1965, 1977, 1989, 2001, 2013, and 2025). Join us in raising a glass (or snake motif mug, in this case) to welcome in the Chinese New Year - here at RSG, we love nothing better than embracing transformation and a bit of newness. Watch this space for what's to come! #rockettstgeorge #chinesenewyear #yearofthesnake
