Not a fan of this flavor. I am choking it down bc KOS is sold out of vanilla and chocolate- the two flavors I'd typically purchase. I'm fussy about what protein powder, and KOS has an excellent formula with everything I need nutritionally.

Noticeable Steady Energy + Makes me Feel Incredible
This protein powder has carried me through gastroparesis flare-ups, weight restoration after gastroparesis, and pregnancy. It is the only protein powder I have tried that doesn't upset my stomach, tastes delicious, and makes me feel incredible with consistent use. The protein smoothies I make with this protein powder give me a noticeable steady energy for a good majority of the day. I continue to notice the balancing effects even after subsequent meals.
