What’s the difference between Level-1 and Phormula-1?
Level-1 is a sustained assimilation protein whereas Phormula-1 is a rapid assimilation protein. This means Level-1 is going to break down and absorb over the course of 2-3 hours to help you feel full, while Phormula-1 is designed to break down and absorb quickly. I haven’t had a flavor of 1st Phorm protein I didn’t like! But the blueberry muffin flavor is AMAZING! Tastes like actual blueberry muffins! Not chalky, or lumpy!
I love to have this as my lunch. I mix it with PB two some ice cubes about 10 ounces of water, throw in some kale and spinach and blend away. I’m full for the rest of the day.

By far the best Level-1 flavor in my opinion. I have to stockpile this flavor to get me through the 2nd half of the year 😂. Great for baking and all kinds of goodies. I noticed the formula did change (less ingredients) slightly from last year but the changes are welcomed.
I love anything chocolate. This works perfect as a shake by itself or as a high protein mug cake. The taste satisfies my sweet tooth.
