Noticeable Steady Energy + Makes me Feel Incredible
This protein powder has carried me through gastroparesis flare-ups, weight restoration after gastroparesis, and pregnancy. Good protein
The protein is easily dissolved and there's no lumps. The taste is good, not too sweet. I add a little cinnamon for more flavor. Good overall.
