Rang to book our holiday with Newmarket and spoke to Lorraine who was very informative and helpful. She was very friendly and discussed our holiday options thoroughly with us. We were then able to book with confidence. Really looking forward to what will be an amazing holiday.

Spoke to Neil, on the phone, as I was having trouble making a payment on line. Very helpful and patient, rang me back when he said he would, went through everything and I ended up booking another holiday as well for 2026!
Booked a long haul holiday for 2026 in January this year; stated would want to upgrade from Virgin Atlantic Economy to Economy Delight - at 6ft2in. tall need the extra legroom. Newmarket advised prices for flight upgrades not yet available but recommended booking holiday as limited places available. Have now been advised that a flight upgrade to 'Economy Delight' will be just twice the price advertised on Virgin Atlantic website. Newmarket do advise on their FAQ's that price comparisons can be misleading but a near doubling of airlines cost to upgrade appears unreasonable. Just beware........

Great Service
I phoned Newmarket Holidays yesterday morning to get more detailed information of one of the holidays from the brochure. I spoke with Neil who was exceptionally helpful over the phone providing available dates, flight times and costs. I received a quote via email and after discussing it with my partner, decided to go ahead and book the holiday for later in the year. I phoned back to Newmarket Holidays in the afternoon and surprisingly I was answered by Neil again who remembered me from earlier. We were able to process the booking very quickly and without any fuss. The whole experience was stress free and quite enjoyable. Having previously been on a Newmarket Holiday and having had a wonderful time, I have every confidence that this forthcoming holiday will be equally as good, if not better. The staff and guides have all been very helpful and considerate and the holidays are very good value.

Brochure Order.
I rang Newmarket for an up to date Ocean Cruise book. Spoke to Bree who was very helpful as I have today today received 2024-2025, 2024-2026 and 2026-2027. Festive Holidays included, as well as European River Cruises 2025-2026. Everything I need.
