I have been using this for about 5-6 months now and love it. I mix it into my coffee and it's absolutely delicious. My hair is getting longer as well!
I wasn't sure about this but I'm glad I tried it. It is really good. I haven't been on it long enough to see any changes yet.
It has a good flavor and mixes well with water, almond milk, and sometimes I even combine it with my protein shakes! So good!
I ordered the salted caramel collagen and use it daily in my morning coffee. It is delicious. You almost don't need coffee creamer with it, but I still prefer adding a little oat or almond milk to it. I love that it is sweetened with stevia & monk fruit as natural sweeteners are important to me. I just wish that they offered all of the flavors in the naturally sweetened version. It also has 5 different collagen types, whereas most of the readily available brands only contain one or two. Overall, I have tried several collagen brands and this is my absolute favorite and will be the one I continue using going forward.
This is the 1st time I ordered this flavor. Before I had vanilla. But this tastes really good and I like it better.
