I Made A Mistake With My Order. Can I Update Or Cancel It?

Send us an email at customerlove@patchology.com with your order information as soon as possible. Our fulfillment center processes orders quickly, so we most likely will not be able to catch it in time, but we will do our best!

Can I Return My Order?

At Patchology, we want you to be thrilled about your experience with our products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we’ve got you covered! Email us at customerlove@patchology.com with your order number and the products you’d like to return or exchange. We’ll provide you with a return label. Send your unopened package back to us and we will refund you in full to your original form of payment. All returns and exchanges must be processed within 30 days of receiving your order.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping charges are not included in refunds. Also, we can only replace products purchased on patchology.com. If you bought your Patchology product elsewhere, please get in touch with the retailer about your replacement.
