• How do I clean my diffuser, and what type of water should I use?

  Regular maintenance keeps your diffuser running smoothly:

  1. Quick Clean: Wipe the interior with a soft cloth and water or white vinegar.
  2. Deep Clean: Add a few drops of white vinegar to a half tank of water and run the diffuser for 15 minutes. Empty the tank, wipe it clean and allow it to dry completely before using it again.  
  3. Never submerge the diffuser in water!

  For the best performance, use distilled or filtered water to prevent mineral buildup that could clog the unit.

• Can I use tap water in the diffuser?
  • We recommend using distilled or filtered water in your diffuser. 
  • Minerals in tap water can build up over time, clogging the diffuser and shortening its lifespan. Distilled or filtered water helps prevent this buildup and keeps your diffuser functioning optimally.
• How long does the diffuser run? Can I use it overnight?

  Our Ultrasonic Diffuser runs for up to 16 hours on a single fill and includes built-in timer settings. It’s safe for overnight use on the low mist setting, and the automatic shut-off ensures it turns off when the water tank is empty.

• Is the diffuser safe for children and pets?
  1. Our Ultrasonic Diffuser itself is safe to use around children and pets. However, essential oil safety is crucial to consider when diffusing. 
  2. Always research oils before diffusing and keep the diffuser out of reach to prevent spills or ingestion.
