Pepitas (Pumpkin Seeds)

Pepitas, or pumpkin seeds, are a nutrient-dense food that offers several health benefits. Firstly, they are a good source of protein, healthy fats, and fiber, which can help promote feelings of fullness and aid in weight management. Secondly, they contain antioxidants, including vitamin E and carotenoids, which can protect against cellular damage and reduce inflammation in the body.

Vermont Maple
Pure Vermont Maple

Pure maple syrup offers a range of health benefits, making it a delightful and nutritious choice. Unlike refined sugars, it contains essential minerals like calcium, potassium, and iron, contributing to bone health and promoting better blood circulation. With a lower glycemic index, it can be a suitable alternative for managing blood sugar levels. Additionally, maple syrup contains antioxidants that combat free radicals, supporting a healthy immune system and reducing inflammation.

Oolong Tea

Oolong tea contains antioxidants, such as polyphenols and catechins, that can help reduce inflammation and protect against cellular damage, and may help boost metabolism and promote weight loss due to its caffeine and catechin content. It can even improve heart health by reducing blood pressure and cholesterol levels.

    One of my favorite teas

I'm an avid tea drinker so I kept seeing the ads for these teas and I loved how the jars looked but was skeptical. I finally ordered my first jar because I seen these astrology teas in an ad and had to wonder if the Capricorn tea was going to be good. I'm so glad I tried it. My favorite tea was Ethiopian tea but now it might be this Capricorn tea. It made me want to try others teas on here too

    Warm, complex

Slightly sweet, complex, rich and satisfying, with wonderful aromas of the season. A delight to drink as is or with honey. Made me feel cozy and warm on a cold winter's night. I highly recommend!

    This Os So Yummy

I waited and waited to get this tea even though I’m a Capricorn. I tried most of the other astrology sign teas first and I shouldn’t have waited! This tea is SO yummy. The maple is a decadent treat and I can’t wait for my next cup.

    Sweet Apple Vibes

I found this tea just a bit too sweet for my tastes, but it was nice to taste real apple in something after so long!
