DIRECTIONS:

MICRO FACTOR

Take 1 packet with water once a day. For best results, consume with a meal. Do not consume more than 2 packets in a 24 hour period.

OPTI-GREENS 50

Add 2 scoops to 8 ounces cold water or juice and mix well. For best results, drink immediately after mixing and have 1 or more servings daily.

FULL-MEGA

As a dietary supplement take 2 softgels daily with a meal. For optimum health, take 2 softgels twice daily with a meal. Drink 16-20oz. of water with each serving.

My trainer Josh @ Wilcox fitness in Pilot Point Texas recommended these vitamins and I’ve never been one who liked to take any vitamins or pills period, but my thoughts on that have changed! Great!

Great and convenient so I don’t have to buy separate bottles of supplements. Love that the probiotics are only 10billioncfu and gentle on the stomach!
