I would not ever purchase anything from shred again. Many items did not fit, even though I measured carefully. But they don’t tell you is that everything ships from Italy and you will be Responsible for customs. He got stuck in customs for a month. By the time I got it, nothing fit. I reached out to Support half a dozen times and could not get a response to process an exchange in return. Don’t buy from shred.

I am sure it is extremely effective, I can tell, it is well made, but my daughter complains that it is too stiff and it is hard to move with her body. also feels like the neck piece pokes her too much (it is kind of bent forward).

a bit hard to find the perfect position for comfort but overall the protection is super safe. Make sure you place it so it hold in place unless it will go higher than where it belongs on your back.
Super comfortable as the straps and trouser connection stop the protector from slipping down. Plus very light and airy to wear.
My 5’1” racer tried another brand and their small was way too big; this one fits just right and she doesn’t even notice it on her back—hopefully we never have to find out how good the impact protection is
