Unlike our original Carbon Steel Pans, which feature a thickness of 2.00mm, Tom’s Pan—designed to emulate decades of seasoning—clocks in at 2.5mm thick, adding heft, quality, and durability.
Solid Brass Handle
In order to achieve the most ergonomic geometry possible, we settled on an elegant handle made of 100% brass that is long and easy to reach, even from the back of the oven.
