Add one scoop to six ounces of ice cold water. Shake or stir (do not blend) until dissolved.

One scoop yields 20-21 grams of protein (Depending on the flavor). Use in the morning or pre and post-workout to help meet your protein goals.

Even though Phormula-1 has very small traces of lactose, there are 3 flavors of Phormula-1 that are 100% lactose-free: Juicy Watermelon, Fruit Punch, and Cherry Lime.

What can I mix Phormula-1 with?
Phormula-1 can be mixed with any liquid. Many people will use Phormula-1 in their coffee or even in their smoothies! Mixing it with milk or liquids other than water after your workout can slow down the digestion of Phormula-1, and completely defeat its purpose as a rapid assimilation protein.
