Green Juices to the rescue!!

I never thought I would be able to complete a 5-days juicing and I did. I can't say the juices were my favorite because I have tried other pulp&press juices and they were much better but that is also because I never eat my greens, I ate cucumbers and I struggle with eating vegetables. Overall though I am quite surprised how I felt during and after. I did the juicing with my sister and we kept ourselves motivated. I felt light and energized. The whole time I was hungry, I love food too much. I was scared I was going to eat too much after the juicing but to my surprise I was full after eating 2 eggs. I ate lightly as suggested and I am more mindful about what I put in my body. I totally recommend. The juices were well packed, tasted fresh and I had no issues whatsoever. It was a smooth experience and will definitely try again. I believe some juices are useful for post workout and I will definitely try those.

Very easy and delicious

Just finished a 3 day gut cleanse. It was very easy to do, thought I'd be hungry and angry. For the most part I was in a great mood, did light yoga for the 3 days. B Will be doing it again, only longer, maybe a 5 day one

This is my 3rd cleanse and I absolutely love these products. Easy to digest , no stomach issues (i suffer from bloating and food sensitivities). Each juice /smoothie keeps me full for hours and keeps the food cravings away.

I want to do a cleans but can not cut out caffeine completely. What do you recommend?

Hey there! We recommend drinking lots of water and herbal teas/decaf. We also suggest cutting out caffeine just before cleansing.

With this in mind, if you would like to continue drinking caffeine, we may suggest 1 black coffee per day (organic is best). :)

Unfortunately our juices are made in large batched and single ingredients cannot be removed from the juices.

If you would still like to complete a cleanse but want something different from what we offer, you can create a custom order by choosing your juices individually here! To assist you with your unique cleanse, you can use the following structures as a guide;

Juices only (best for detoxing and weight loss) - 7 x 355mL juices per day
Juices & Smoothies (best for beginners and digestion repair) - 6 x 355mL juices and 1 smoothie per day (consumed as drink # 5 or 6)
Elixirs, Juices & Smoothies (best for energy increase and anti-inflammation) - 1 wellness shot, 5 355mL juices and 1 smoothie per day (drink the elixir first and smoothie 2nd last)
The Chew (best for long-term weight loss goals) - 4 x 355mL juices (can do 1 probiotic for digestive benefits), 1 elixir, and 1 Pulp & Press meal (consumed as # 4 or 5 on the list) per day
