Drink 1 can of 1st Phorm Energy when you feel the need for an increase in your energy levels. Do not consume more than 2 cans of 1st Phorm Energy in a 24-hour period.

Great For Pre-Workout
I got these energy drinks for free because I ordered a lot of other things from 1st Phorm, and I was not sure how I was going to utilize them. I was taking pre-workout every day before the gym, and I did not see a need for energy drinks beyond that caffeine dose. I stopped using pre-workout once my short supply ran out, and instead I drank about 4 ounces of this energy drink before going to the gym. I found that these energy drinks completely replaced my pre-workout. The Screamin’ Freedom flavor tastes great, and I don’t get the jitters or feel a crash later in the day. I do believe these energy drinks are superior to the main brands that you find at grocery stores or in gas stations.
