Pre-Workout Magical Crispy Treats
Servings: 12 (1 Serving = 1/12 of Recipe)
Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Cook Time: 5 Minutes
Set Time: 30 Minutes
INGREDIENTS:
4 Scoops Phormula-1 Magical Charms
4 Cups Rice Cereal
10oz Mini Marshmallows
3 Tbsp Butter
DIRECTIONS:
For this recipe, you'll need:
• 8x8 Casserole Dish
• Large Non-Stick Pot
• Silicone Spatula
1. In large non-stick pot, melt the butter over low to medium heat.
2. Once the butter has melted, add the mini marshmallows and stir gently until almost completely melted.
3. Add the Phormula-1 Magical Charms to the melted marshmallows and stir to combine thoroughly.
4. Once all of the Phormula-1 is mixed in, remove the mixture from the heat. Mix in the rice cereal and stir gently until all of the cereal is coated in the marshmallow mixture.
5. Wet your silicone spatula with water to prevent anything from sticking to it. Transfer the mixture to an 8x8 casserole dish and gently press into dish with the spatula.
6. Let sit for 30 minutes, then cut and enjoy!
