TOG is a measure of thermal insulation. It is a commonly used term the textile industry to indicate how warm clothing is. The higher the TOG in baby sleep sacks, the better thermal insulation it provides and the warmer it is. For example, the Zen Sack® Classic sleep sack has a TOG of 0.5, perfect for year-round use. The bamboo Zen Sack® Premier sleep sack has a TOG of 0.3, for warmer weather. The Zen Sack® Quilted sleep sack has a TOG of 1.0, great as temps begin to fall.
