To make a return, please use the link above to create a return. For orders within the United States we will send you a free USPS return shipping label. Just print the label and attach it to the original box and give it to the mailman or drop at a post office.
We are not able to provide shipping labels for international orders, or reimburse international shipping expenses.
Please use the link above to create an exchange. But if you're in a rush, we recommend simply placing a new order for the desired replacement size and return the unneeded merchandise by creating a return. Please contact us for size advice or to request multiple sizes to try on.
If you place an order to be delivered to a destination outside the United States please be aware that the shipping fee does not include duties, taxes or import fees, which vary from country to country. For example, England charges import tariff of about 40%. We cannot advise or assist with import duties in your country, please do your research.
In the event that you need to return or exchange your international order, please be advised you are responsible for shipping the product back to us and the costs of shipping it. If you place a new order, you have to pay the shipping again.

The coat comes with a thread holding the pleat closed to keep it crisp. Simply tear out the thread to reveal the pleat.
Traditional fit with room for layering a jacket or thick sweater. Order your normal US size for a traditional fit. For a modern slimmer fit, order one size down.
The Silvia in a size 2 has a shoulder width measured straight across the back of 38cm and a length from the high point of the shoulders to the hem of 113cm.

Tell us about yourself 35 year old female in business, finance. This coat made me feel more confident. I have yet to fit a brand of clothing that gives off the strength of a jacket such as this, but still very lady like and form fitting. It's perfect.
What other products would you like to see us carry? Spring color blazers and jackets. Button up collared shirts with a hint of extra detail on the inside collar and cuffs and front buttons. I like when the buttons are fancier than plain white. With quality material in the shirt not cheap womens material like I see all over USA compared to men's clothing of a similar design. Hi Olga, Thank you for the question and sorry for the slow reply. The Silvia in size 18 measures 45" long. The Silvia has a wool plaid lining from the shoulder blades down to the hem and has insulation so I doubt you' would need to add any more lining, but yes, I suppose you could. Hi Eva, We keep most of our inventory in the United States, that is correct and if you place an order for a non-US delivery address there is a warning about import fees but unfortunately we can't predict how much those will be, it just depends on the country. However, we do also have a small inventory in Austria, so if you tell us the style, size and color you're interested in we can check what is available and ship directly from Austria.
