To make a return, please use the link above to create a return. For orders within the United States we will send you a free USPS return shipping label. Just print the label and attach it to the original box and give it to the mailman or drop at a post office.
We are not able to provide shipping labels for international orders, or reimburse international shipping expenses.
Please use the link above to create an exchange. But if you're in a rush, we recommend simply placing a new order for the desired replacement size and return the unneeded merchandise by creating a return. Please contact us for size advice or to request multiple sizes to try on.
If you place an order to be delivered to a destination outside the United States please be aware that the shipping fee does not include duties, taxes or import fees, which vary from country to country. For example, England charges import tariff of about 40%. We cannot advise or assist with import duties in your country, please do your research.
In the event that you need to return or exchange your international order, please be advised you are responsible for shipping the product back to us and the costs of shipping it. If you place a new order, you have to pay the shipping again.

The Sud-Tiroler is our most versatile coat because it has a removable insulated wool lining making it perfect for Fall, Winter and Spring weather.

The coat comes with a thread holding the pleat closed that is easily removed.
Traditional roomy fit, which means it has extra room to layer. For a modern fit, order one size down.
Some sizes are also available in a 'FULL' cut which has an extra 2 inches for a very roomy fit, perfect for layering a jacket + sweater on very cold days in the field and still having ample room for movement. The standard sizes also have room to layer.
Sizes are US sizes. Order your regular men's blazer or men's suit jacket size for a traditional fit.
This coat comes in 2 lengths designated by the letter R or L after the chest size.
R = regular length, typically fine for men between 5'8" - 6'2"
L = long, has an extra ~1.5" in the sleeve for very tall or lanky figures

Our overcoats are designed with room to layer over a sport coat and/or sweater so you can order your regular size 44R.
On the product page there is also a size guide, so for example, size 44R is for someone with about a 44" chest, weighing around 205lb between 5'10" - 6'2".
Of course we offer free exchanges/refunds if it's not your perfect fit.
