To make a return, please use the link above to create a return. For orders within the United States we will send you a free USPS return shipping label. Just print the label and attach it to the original box and give it to the mailman or drop at a post office.
We are not able to provide shipping labels for international orders, or reimburse international shipping expenses.
Please use the link above to create an exchange. But if you're in a rush, we recommend simply placing a new order for the desired replacement size and return the unneeded merchandise by creating a return. Please contact us for size advice or to request multiple sizes to try on.
If you place an order to be delivered to a destination outside the United States please be aware that the shipping fee does not include duties, taxes or import fees, which vary from country to country. For example, England charges import tariff of about 40%. We cannot advise or assist with import duties in your country, please do your research.
In the event that you need to return or exchange your international order, please be advised you are responsible for shipping the product back to us and the costs of shipping it. If you place a new order, you have to pay the shipping again.

The coat comes with a thread holding the pleat closed to keep it crisp. Simply tear out the thread to reveal the pleat.
Traditional fit with room for layering a jacket or thick sweater. Order your normal US size for a traditional fit. For a modern slimmer fit, order one size down.
The Silvia in a size 2 has a shoulder width measured straight across the back of 38cm and a length from the high point of the shoulders to the hem of 113cm.

Based on your height and weight I would recommend a size 6 and you'll have plenty of room to layer. You're also welcome to order a size 6 & 4 and we can send a label to return the extra if you want to try both.
Also, did you see we carry the Silvia in a Petite size? At 168cm you're fine for either the regular or the petite, but just wanted to be sure you saw that coat as well.

Hi Goldie, With a 44" chest, you could order either a 16 or 18 but I would recommend going for the 16 and you will have the 4-6" between you and the coat. Of course you are welcome to try on both and we do offer free exchanges as well but I'd be confident the size 18 will be a comfortable fit. Best regards, Robert
