It is comfortable to wear it keeps hair from becoming frizzy. You have to fluff hair when you take it off it does compress hair on top of head a little. I also have the pillow case keeps skin looking good plus feels so soft and luxurious!

I think a silk pillowcase is essential for fine hair and a staple in my book. I really like the hidden zipper, although one of my cases developed a tear at the zipper. Make SURE all the soap is rinsed out at each washing or the silk becomes less silky over time.
