Our subscriptions are very flexible!
We can:
- Skip up to 12 orders (or delay orders up to a year)
- Adjust the frequency of shipments. (from once a month, up to once every 6 months)
- Switch the items or quantity of items
- Request early renewals
If you would like to adjust or cancel your subscription, please reach out to us before your next renewal date. If you contact us on the day the order is created, we cannot guarantee the package can be stopped.
If you ever need to return product, please reach out to us and we can provide you return instructions and an RMA#. Our return policy is 30 days. If you have an issue with an order, or would just simply like to return it, do not open the package and get it shipped back to us as soon as possible.
