Lifetime Warranty

As a small team, we’re very proud of the work we’ve put into designing each one of the Woof toys. We truly believe these are the world’s best dog toys, so for customers that use them regularly, we want them to last for life.

Beyond our standard 30 day satisfaction guarantee, all Woof toy purchases are included in our Lifetime Warranty Program, which allows for one replacement per toy per year, proof of purchase required. If you choose to subscribe to any of our refills or treats on a regular basis, then you will automatically be upgraded to our Subscriber Lifetime Warranty Program, which offers four replacements per toy per year.

It’s our way of saying thank you to you (and your dog) for being part of our pack!

What are the steps?

The warranty program is pretty simple. Here's how it works.

How do I know if I'm eligible?

We have a few rules so we can offer this program in a sustainable way. Here are our eligibility requirements:

Lifetime Warranty:
1. Customers may receive 1 toy replacement per year per toy, no subscription required.

2. If your toy was purchased at another retailer, we will require proof of purchase in order to process a warranty replacement.

Subscriber Lifetime Warranty:
1. Subscribers may receive up to 4 toy replacements per year per subscription item, with a maximum of one replacement every 90 days.

2. Any customer with an active subscription is eligible for the Subscriber Lifetime Warranty. Customers must have received a subscription shipment within 60 days of a warranty request to be considered active.

All Warranties:
Toys must be in an unusable state to be eligible for replacement - aesthetic issues may not be eligible (since we don't want to be wasteful). Woof has the discretion to evaluate if a toy is eligible for warranty replacement.

Woof has the ability to remove customers from the warranty program if they are deemed to be abusing the offering.

Any human-caused damage to a toy (i.e. knife or scissor marks) automatically disqualifies the toy for warranty eligibility.

What Kind of Damage Qualifies for Replacement?

We consider a toy no longer be usable once:

  • Pupsicle:  the two halves cannot be screwed or unscrewed, or if there are large pieces of the Pupsicle that have been torn off.
  • BullySafe: The two halves cannot be screwed or unscrewed, a Bullystick can’t be held in place 
  • Bite n' Brush: One or both ends have been torn so that a dental treat refill cannot be placed inside
