Magical Botanicals

A wooden bowl filled with delicate, white jasmine flowers is placed on a dark wooden surface. The small flowers have pale yellow centers and create a fresh, serene composition.
Jasmine Flowers

Jasmine flowers are believed to have calming and uplifting properties, making them a popular choice for aromatherapy during periods of stress and anxiety. During Mercury retrograde, which is associated with communication breakdowns and technological mishaps, the soothing scent of jasmine can help to promote a sense of peace and balance.

Three fresh dill sprigs are laid out on a dark, textured surface. The middle sprig is tied with a piece of twine. The vibrant green color of the dill contrasts with the background.
Fennel

Fennel has several health benefits, including improving digestion, reducing inflammation, and boosting immunity. It may also have calming properties, which could help alleviate stress and anxiety during stressful periods.

A vibrant field of lavender bathed in the pink and purple hues of a setting sun. The soft, out-of-focus background enhances the dreamy atmosphere, highlighting the delicate lavender flowers in the foreground.
Lavender

Lavender is known for its calming properties and is believed to help reduce stress and anxiety levels. During Mercury retrograde, when communication and technology tend to go awry, lavender can be especially beneficial in helping to soothe and balance the mind and emotions. Its gentle scent can also help to promote restful sleep, making it an excellent choice for those experiencing insomnia or other sleep disturbances during this time.

    Chill Out Tea

I love how it tastes. My husband refers to it as my “chill out tea”. If I’m overwhelmed, stressed, crabby, or in autistic inertia, he’ll tell me to to make a cup.

By the time it’s gone, I’m usually reset and able to jump back in!

One of my favorite morning teas

I like to mix this with the complimenting earl grey flavor to add a bit more of a kick. The peppermint and lavender compliment each other well. It's a very relaxing tea though it is caffenated. Who knew that was possible lol.

    Smooth Minty Delight

This is not your typical mint tea! It reminds me of the peppermint kiss candies you can get at Christmas time. It has the melt in your mouth goodness in a tea form, and available year round!

    Great for Wednesdays

I like having this tea on Wednesdays, especially during a Mercury retrograde, as a way to honor the energy of the planet and be mindful about how I communicate with others
